It seems my mailbox is full of messages from various CEO’s concerning their companies Covid-19 statement.
So here is my somewhat Dusty version
Today I should have been happily announcing obtaining this new years supply of timber.
Sadly it is still languishing at the timber yard and it looks like it will be a fair wee whiley before I’ll be able to collect it.
Not surprisingly, I’m currently contemplating the long term viability of a business based on the concept of a cup which is passed round people in a time of social distancing 😉
Don’t get me started on the pathetic way the UK government has abandoned the self employed 🙁
Still, I am lucky to live such a beautiful location and our community does seem to have avoided the worst of the panic buying.
